Vendor Registration (When available)
Vendors must register through the Antique Motorcycle Club of America (AMCA) website.
Parts must be a minimum of 35 years old based on model year.
Vendors must be AMCA members in good standing.
Vendor spaces are 10' X 10' and come with one table and two chairs. Each vendor is limited to two spaces.
In the event that spaces sell out, a first come first served waiting list will be created for the following year.
Vending Terms
Vending is a privilege granted to current AMCA members who sell antique motorcycle merchandise.
Merchandise is strictly limited to motorcycles, parts, literature and accessories items 35 years or older. Strictly enforced.
Merchandise which MAY NOT be sold includes motorcycles and parts manufactured within the last 35 years, T-shirts with any questionable wording or graphics, guns, knives, drugs or paraphernalia related to same, alcoholic beverages, crafts or any AMCA or meet-related T-shirts or novelties.
This is an indoor meet. Absolutely no vending from the parking lots.
Displays must be neat and vending spaces left as clean as they were found.
Vendors must conduct themselves in a business-like manner.
No profanity or loud music or consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Vendor set up day is Friday, August 27. 2027.
Each vendor will receive two vendors wrist bands upon sign in at the event. These must be worn by all vendors to assist the host chapter. Additional wrist bands are available to Registered Vendors for a fee of $20.00 each provided the wearer is an AMCA member.
The meet is open for business from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday, August 28, 2027 and 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Sunday, August 29, 2027. Vendors must limit their vending to these dates and times.
Vendors must remove all items they came with.
No pets allowed of any kind.
No operating of internal combustion motors of any kind in the building except by and under the supervision of the Judging Team personnel.
No refunds granted for any reason.
All vendors must individually comply with any and all sales tax rules and collect and forward any such taxes and reports to the appropriate taxing authority and hold the AMCA and its Chapters harmless from any and all liabilities resulting out of their vending transactions.
No colors / soft colors.
Any violation of these rules will lead to immediate removal from the premises and denial of future participation of any kind.
